Welcome

My name is Jasmin Abizadeh and I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and the Founder of Geborgen Therapy. I would love to connect with you to support you on your journey through life and life’s transitions. I work with adults who would like to feel better, be happier, and thrive.

Some of the common life challenges my clients go through include depression, anxiety, role transitions, loneliness, stress management, relationship problems, body image concerns, and grief and loss.

I have a particular interest in and expertise in the areas of perinatal and reproductive mental health and motherless daughters and motherless mothers. You may have decided to be child-free, are thinking about becoming a parent, may not be able to be a parent, or already are a parent.

I work both with individuals and couples.
